About Amy

Amy (NMLS # 212791) graduated from China with a degree in Economics and Chemical Engineering, working primarily in the international sector.  After many years of hard work Amy soon became a successful president at a large exporting company.

Amy got her start in the mortgage industry while working as a processor for Fidelity. At Fidelity, Amy worked closely with her clients to ensure they received extraordinary levels of customer service during their loan process.  After a few years at Fidelity, Amy decided to use her experience to work more closely with her customers as a loan officer at TopOne Mortgage. At TopOne Mortgage, Amy exceeded the expectations of every customer by providing them with unparalleled mortgage advice while providing them with a hassle free loan process. Her dedication to her clients to help them achieve their financial goals did not go unnoticed. Amy’s customers rewarded her by becoming repeat customers and referring their friends and family to her successful business model.

Within a short period of time Amy soon became one of the top producing loan officers at Topone Mortgage.  While providing invaluable customer service for years at Topone, it became apparent to Amy that there she could help more clients by providing them with even better rates, reduced fees, and the best loan process in her region.  That is why she began her own company at A-Z Mortgage and has been helping her customers achieve their dreams ever since.
